Booking time begins when the venue is unlocked and ends when all vendors and guests exit the property. Set-up & breakdown of all furniture is included.

Is there a rainy weather backup for outdoor ceremonies

Yes! We have a covered veranda adorned with bistro lighting to ensure your outdoor wedding goes smoothly no matter what the weather has in store.

Do you provide on-site catering, or can we hire an outside caterer?

We do not provide catering, you will need to hire an outside caterer. You can of course use any of our preferred vendors.

What is included in the venue rental package?

Set-up & breakdown of all furniture, on-site manager day of event, walk-through slot based on availability, 3 Outdoor ceremony options, indoor and outdoor reception options, cocktail tables/chairs, bridal suite, grooms suite, commercial kitchen, tables (rectangle or round), chairs (ceremony and reception), auxiliary tables for buffet, cake, guest book, & gifts, white or black linens (tablecloths), handheld & lapel microphones, indoor/outdoor sound system, mobile bar in reception hall, up-lighting LED Package, ample parking, charger plates (choice of silver, gold, or crimson red).

Are there any restrictions on decor or entertainment?

We try to be as flexible as possible for our celebrations, however we do have some restrictions for legal purposes: all music must end no later than 11:30 for midnight exit, no open flame cooking, candles must be contained, no shots, no drugs including pot/weed/CBD, no bubbles, glitter, or chalk bombs indoors. No indoor tennis, cornhole or other sports, all outdoor bombs, glitter, confetti, petals, must be biodegradable, guests, groomsmen, babies, gifts, credit cards, and jewelry must depart the property at the end of the event.

Do you allow pets?

Yes, (Dogs, Cats, Horses). Exotic animals must be cleared with CO personnel first. We do require animals have a dedicated handler.
